  The rooms here are clean, and the hotel is in close proximity to a major subway line. This makes it easy to get almost anywhere in Osaka and the Kansai area. The hotel is also clean and well kept. However, we did not feel particularly welcome here. The staff are not terribly friendly or helpful, but do perform the base functions such as checking you in and cleaning up your room. It's not a bad hotel, but there's nothing here that would make me want to come back.
