  Hey, if you want the Hilton I suggest you go there. For value and comfort this is a very good hotel. The rooms are large and clean with excellent climate control. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Room service, dining room and breakfast buffet was nice. I felt very safe here and the staff was most accomadating to my needs. The neighborhood is not the prettiest, nor is most of Makati City for that matter. But don't judge a book by its cover. If you want Rockwell Center this ain't for you. But if you are traveling on a budget and want a clean, comfortable and safe place to stay then I highly recommend it. Jim D. 9/27/08-10/5/08

  Good place,,but when u check in,,dont give your card,,u will find a 41,00 dollars charge on it,,and u will never get it back,,pay cash ,, ...

  Prices they wanted for items from the room bar were outragous. 60PHP for a pint of water? 200PHP per hour for internet services? We stayed in a better room w/ more comforts in Cebu. The pool closes at 9pm? We were going to go to it, but didn't bother even looking at it. There are better places to stay than this one.

  We received a "deluxe room" there were 2 people we had no wash cloth, two towels and one hand towell. the promised water was not in the room. we had ...

  We received a "deluxe room" there were 2 people We had no wash cloth, two towels and one hand towell. The promised water was not in the room. We had toask and then wait and wait and one time had to visit the desk to get the promised drinking water.
  We wanted to extended our stay one more day. They said there were no room in our current class, but they did have one more "delux" at twice the price (120$) .. i said no thanks.. then i went online and got our same room for 15 dollars more on online travel .. when i presented this to the management they acted as if they wanted to ignore it. i asked for an upgraded room but they said this was the room i booked online and they could not change it. the staff is slow, not enough of them, and the management games the guests. The hotel is also near a red light district with criminals and homless all over. dont fall for its star rating. .
