  The room was more spacious than we expected. It was very comfortable and had all amenities one would expect. After 12 hours of driving, we were tired and hungry, The on-site restaurant had excellent crab cakes. I would come back just for those. We were in a hurry to leave in the morning so we did not want the buffet. Our host gave us a meal to go - no charge. Don't tell anyone. If I make this trip again, and I probably will, this will be the hotel I book.

  Hotel was very easy to find. I asked for a non-smoking room, which upon entering, smelled of obvious smoke but we were able to switch to another room. The food at the restaurant was okay though the waitress was wonderful! Make sure you check your credit card upon leaving. I was double billed for the three rooms I booked online through Travel online and it has been a number of days and multiple phone calls to attempt to resolve this issue. It appears that only one person at the hotel can handle this issue and this person is rarely there and available.

  The hotel's highlight is its staff. All were helpful and friendly. The dining room, where I ate dinner and breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Food was outstanding. I have paid three times what I paid here for far less quality. The negatives: The hotel seems tired. Wallpaper is coming off some walls. Lots of wear and tear for hotel that is supposed to be new. My room had a piece of candy on the floor and a wrapper nearby. Vacuuming was poor or non-existent. The hair dryer was also broken. One nice thing, the heated pool was really heated and comfortable and the spa was also heated nicely. I will stay here again, but would like to see more attention to upkeep.

  The room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable (both important). The toilet was not flushing well. This was reported but not corrected. The flushing worsened but we did not have any overflows. We were out of the room and when we returned no housekeeping had been done except that the used towels had been removed and no clean ones were in the left. We were given clean towels when we asked for them. Better service was expected for the price. We would have liked a continental breakfast included but none is available probably because they have a resturant where you can purchase breakfast. Overall it is a nice place to stay, our problems were probably not the norm.

  Easy access to i-81. lots of restaurants and shopping in area. hotel was spotless and very comfortable. i liked it so much that i am staying there again!
