  hotel is situated downtown auckland, within walking distance of the CBD. This hotel is modern, new and very clean. standard/ one bedroom room are small though the moderness makes up for it. There's a minibar, but also a kitchenette with fypan ect.. There is also a pool, sauna (no spa). Dining area is posh, yet reasonbly priced and service is good.travellers I would advise to book a room with sea/city view so you get something to look at besides the building across the street.Hotel is well priced and very nice. One of my favourite hotels for entire NZ trip. Well worth it!!!

  hotel is situated downtown auckland, within walking distance of the CBD. This hotel is modern, new and very clean. standard/ one bedroom room are small though the moderness makes up for it.
