  The location was great because it was across from the mtr. also, the hotel is accessible from the metropolis mall. there is plenty of buses and taxis surrounding the hotels ...

  The location was great because it was across from the MTR. Also, the hotel is accessible from the Metropolis Mall. There is plenty of buses and taxis surrounding the hotels at all times. The staff was excellent and great service. There was never anytime that I had to wait for service. There were also friendly and professional personnel eager to assist.

  The location was great because it was across from the MTR. Also, the hotel is accessible from the Metropolis Mall. There is plenty of buses and taxis surrounding the hotels at all times. The staff was excellent and great service. There was never anytime that I had to wait for service. There were also friendly and professional personnel eager to assist.

  the hotel close to MTR and shopping center,i stayed 11 days,and the have wonderful service,the room is very clean,bed is perfect,very nice view thru the habour,view form the breakfast area top flor 20 floor.i would like to stay again this hotel price a little to much i guess.

  Knowing nothing about the hoteI and arriving tired and apprehensive at the end of a long day's travel, I was so pleasantly surprised when the taxi brought me at midnight to this beautiful hotel overlooking the harbour. The reception staff booked me in quickly and gave me an upgrade. A well appointed quiet room, a comfortable bed and all the bits and pieces one expects. I did not find a hair dryer but it may be that in my tired state I overlooked it and I could have asked housekeeping but did not so a big benefit of the doubt there. I will stay again next time I pass through HK.
