  Minor complaints include slow check-in, once checked in, room was unavailable as maids were still in it, one coffee service for double occupancy, noisy rooms; tv next door felt like it was in our room. But the tour de force were the bugs. We woke up to ants in the bathroom, ants on our bags and even better, ants on our bed and later ants in our car transferred from our bags. The manager came and looked and and seemed less than concerned. She offered to take something off the bill but I would need to check out at the desk. When we attempted to check-out at the desk we were told that the system computer was down for at least an additional 20 minutes. Desk offered to email check-out with discount. It was never e-mailed even after follow-up call. The final slap in the face is we were given a whopping $10 discount to sleep with bugs.

  We checked in late after a concert and left early (5:15 am) to catch an early flight. We chose this hotel primarily for ease of getting to the Boise airport the next morning. We were put in a back building. The room was just ok, with a mediocre bed. The front desk folks were really nice when I checked in, for what it's worth. Just didn't seem the room was worth the money. Next time in similar circumstances, I would try somewhere else.

  This hotel is located across from the airport and a good location when flying in on business. staff was very attentive to my needs.
