  The room was great, the people wonderful. My only complaint is the same food every day. We have a toddler and breakfast was easier downstairs. One can only eat so many hash browns. However we are looking to book again so its worth the visit. Also handy to downtown via taxi or bus.

  On one of the hottest days in Edinburgh, the air conditioning system ceased to function in my room. The staff at the front desk, including the assistant manager, refused to help except to go out and buy a small desk fan. The desk people made a lousy situation even worse.
