  Hotel staff was not cooperative, refused to honor cupon from travel magazine at face value, he (the owner) presented a hand written interpertation of what the rate for a second bed would be, this did not reflect the information on the cupon I was trying to use. I was very dissatisfied with the expierence I had at this particular, not so Best value Inn. I would discourage staying at this place, what a joke!

  I came to Eugene for a temporary job, seemed like a nice enough place, but after a few weeks of beeing there, I went to the office to pay for the next week only to find that he rented the room out from under me. I am a clean and quiet person, so I was quite suprised.

  This place is need of a complete overhaul. our room was smelly, dirty, and had a ""view"" of trash. (these were supposed to be the nicer rooms.)the only redeeming ...

  This place is need of a complete overhaul. Our room was smelly, dirty, and had a ""view"" of trash. (These were supposed to be the nicer rooms.)The only redeeming qualities were the continental breakfast and it's location. Will not stay again.

  Our on-line reservation for a non-smoking room. Upon arrival the front desk said it was for a smoking room, but offered us a non-smoking room at a higher rate. We declined. The room was ok. The continental breakfast was a loaf of bread, butter and jam, and some old stale cereal. It's an older hotel. Will stay elsewhere on our next trip.
