  Front desk very friendly and informative. rooms small but adequate and clean. close to restaurants and shopping. bus station nearby.. good breakfast and dinner. its free!

  With its Danish Modern furniture and design, the friendly 24 hour coffee/latte/ tea service, free internet and computers, and accommodating staff, this is the first choice hotel in Copenhagen. It is situated close to museums, attractions of interest, and shopping, yet does not claim the homogenized hotel-look or feel. We really felt as though we were staying in a place that could only be indigenous to Denmark. The biggest and best surprise was the appetizer buffet in the late afternoon. This served as our evening meal, as they served so many options, that our hunger was quickly sated. This was included in the price of the room. Overall, this was one of the most memorable hotel stays that I have had. A genuine treat.

  Fabulous location. The whole hotel was recently renovated. Just opened one month ago. Great staff. State of the art wine bar. An unexpected surprise. I've stayed in other hotels in Copenhagen, and this was by far, the top of the list. Would highly recommend it, and would stay again. Don't miss the Ice Bar. A once in a lifetime experience.
