  This hotel was fantastic!! Often when you read a hotel description online, you see only the best features...none of which *you* actually see. But, you get what you see and certainly MORE than what you paid for with the Amora Jamison. As a first time vacationer in Sydney, I was satisfied by the pleasant and helpful staff. On the last night of a 5-day stay, a nearby substation went out and left the entire block with NO power! The staff was professional and courteous in dealing with some very irrational customers. The staff, amenities, location to Circular Quay (only 2 blocks away!), and ease of access to travel and other things in the CBD made this one of the best aspects of my trip. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

  We spent 5 nights at this hotel in June 2009. We were very pleased with this hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortably furnished. Beds are quite comfortable. Bathrooms are terriffic. The place is quiet and the staff friendly and helpfull. It is located close to the opera house and horbor bridge. One block away is the Winyard train station with service to the airport. The food is a bit expensive, but right next door is a huge food court with about any kind of food you would want. We would definately stay here again and will reccommend it to others.

  Pathetic service, rude and unpleasant staff, strange room layout, lack of communication between staff and complete ignorance of customer care.

  My girlfriend and i arrived in sydnet knowing the main hotels - all of which were booked out - i am so glad - we found a jewel that sydney should stand up ...

  My girlfriend and I arrived in Sydnet knowing the main hotels - all of which were booked out - I am so glad - we found a jewel that Sydney should stand up and applaud. Romantic, delightful, quiet yet close. This hotel made our trip - Well Done
