Its sad a nice hotal location , nice lobby and entrance , has so terrible rooms . Two towers full of rooms a remodeled one and rooms couldnt be worse. I went thru 3 rooms after a long trip , all 3 smelly , old , appliences didnt work , toilet did not flush , windows dirty you couldnt see outside, old broken furniture , radio next to bed look like from 60's , bed so unconfy . People at front desk not prepare and dint know their job , sending us everytime to a bad room , till of tireness decided to stay in the little less worse due to tireness. Other passengers were also upset with people at front desk. Breakfsast buffet was ok.
I would never go to this hotel again and I highly do not recomended ! Such an un pleassant experience for vacations , made stay short 2 days and look for another hotel

I stay in hotels on average 200 nights/year (sad huh?). I usually pick Intercontinental or Hilton properties, but none were available. The price due to heavy booking in Singapore was $263.00 US, and that is just for a regular room. It took 40 minutes to check in, they made it as painful as possible (it was reserved and prepaid through travel agency). The room was filthy and not well maintained. I forgot my power adapter, and the hotel could not provide one suitable for US 3-prong plugs, despite them having many US travelers. I asked to speak to a manager during the laborious check-in process and the staff tried to talk me out of it. I asked for two keys, because I saw at least 6 people come back down (after checking in) whose keys would not work. This request was denied, and guess what, my key did not work either, so another frightful trip to the reception desk. Internet access was $25 (singapore dollars) per day...WOW!!.
The only redeeming features of the hotel were its location (fantastic), and the bell staff, who were courteous and responsive. Checkout was equally painful, taking 15 minutes just to pay my incidentals of internet and one local phone call.
It was a one-night stay for me on my way to Malaysia, and thank goodness for that.
If you choose this hotel, do it for the location, do not expect more. Do not pay more than
    $100.00 US. Have good travels.
