  We showed up at the front desk without a reservation and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel was clean and the room was on par with an Embassy Suites or something along those lines. The neighborhood wasn't scary at all and there are quite a few restaurants on the same block that are open fairly late (we ate around 10). negatives: The business center is only open from about 8 until 5 if you want to use their computer, though they do say they have free wireless throughout the hotel. It took us about an hour to get to the international airport though. The traffic is unreal.

  Seemed odd > then suddnely everyone started ducking for cover ,, rules were changed etc etc > in short i ddint bother with free breakfast sicne i already paid and supposed to be ...

  >> seemed odd > then suddnely everyone started ducking for cover ,, rules were changed etc etc > in short I ddint bother with FREE breakfast sicne I already paid and supposed to be included in ROOM> I ate a lot outside> excelltn GLORIA JEANS coffee - with free internet there room was constantly not made at 4pm when home from work > seems my whole stay was a hassle and some stayed at HOLIDAY INN next door was very happy PITY I prepaid my acc so coulndt move but hotel is nice location for shopping and resturants

  My room was not ready on arrival, waited 30 mins. The next morning I asked to move to a no smoking room, no problem with that request or any other ever made. The gym was in a penthouse room not its own area. Stepper, treadmill (one each only) and some hand weights, also one combo machine. The pool was small but nice and clean on the top floor, bar and nice views! (the 9th floor is no smoking) small computer room with two stations for internet. Nothing was ever being used - pool,internet, gym so no problem with that. Only one resturant up by the pool and the menu was the same as room service. Service was outstanding and everyone that worked there was nice, professional and very helpful. Nice big fancy mall 3 miles away, plenty of security and places to eat both american and phillipino foods, also atms to acess american accounts plus.star,mastercard,visa,american express. Dont use hotel taxi to go to airprt as I paid triple the cost of a regular taxi fare but if money is no problem it was quick and nice just overpaid. Must go!
