  I stay for 9 days and enjoy the hotel service, friendly staff, and were always very helpful. The room was simply great, very warm, charming and large. I would have no problems with recommending this hotel.

  Location was a plus, convenient for mobility. adjacent to the galleria (mall), for shopping and eats. the room was clean, housekeeping was attentive. bed was a bit 'dippy '. friendly staff. ...

  Location was a plus, convenient for mobility. Adjacent to the Galleria (mall), for shopping and eats. The room was clean, housekeeping was attentive. Bed was a bit 'dippy '. Friendly staff. Did not like the fact that booking with flight afforded a plan which excluded the buffet breakfast - that is otherwise complimentary with other stays. The gym/spa was nice. Enjoyed the night spot on the 4th floor, nightly entertainment. Called in advance to opt for a non-smoking room instead of the smoking room issued with the package deal. Request was honored. For affordability, convenience, and business travel, I would recommend. I would consider staying there again in the future.

  stayed there for 10 days, when my room wasnt ready on time they upgraded me to a jr suite. It has a nice breakfast buffet....and it has direct access to a huge mall, you can eat at a different place everyday for lunch or dinner...along with the malls food court. The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I highly recommend this Hotel for any traveler.

  I was supposed to have a junior suite for the first 3 nights @ $86 a night + fees ? and taxes. i was charged $111 per night and was transfered out of ...

  I was supposed to have a junior suite for the first 3 nights @ $86 a night + fees ? and taxes. I was charged $111 per night and was transfered out of the junior suite that was non smoking and very clean to a normal looking motel--hotel room with a dirty carpet and old smoke smell. We were called the evening of our 3rd day and was told that they would be fumigating our floor (20th) and the 19th floor. We could stay at that room and they would cover our belongings and also we would have to stay out of the room from 9 am to 6 pm ....or we could transfer to another room . We chose to transfer to another room (10 floor ) that was not a junior suite and wasn't nice. Dirty carpet, smoking room (which we were not previously informed of ), loose shower head , and water draining on the floor from somewhere. We were still charged the same price for that night and the 4th night that was prepayed at $111 .
  We also had a problem with disappearing wash cloths. When we would leave for several hours and come back to the room , 1 of the 2 washcloths would be missing.One day we were in and out of the room a few times , the 2nd washcloth disappeared.
  It costs $20 to eat the breakfast buffet and was shocked to shell out $80 dollars for 4 breakfasts. I would have eaten somewhere else for $20 for our breakfasts.
  This stay was very disappointing at the Holiday Inn.

  Staff was very professional and extremely helpful. Hotel is connected to a 4 story mall and centrally located in city. A lot to do and very close to attractions. Location is also close to airport. Hotel has great shuttle service for minimal cost - it is secure and driver is knowlegable about routes. Hotel amenities abound. Staff is at your beckoning. I will stay there again, and again, and again. Whether you are on a business trip or a vacation, The Holiday Inn is the place to stay.
