• Bad Experience..no service..no respect for customers

  I was shoked when we arrived after extremely long trip...they kept us in the lobby for 5 hours waiting for a room to be clean!! then they did not ...

  I was shoked when we arrived after extremely long trip...They kept us in the lobby for 5 hours waiting for a room to be clean!! Then they did not allow my second child to enter the room although the reservation was made with 2 adults and 2 children. The room was not clean enough, the bed covers were so old that the material tissue was ripped from multiple corners. The bathroom was clean and the shower was good. The cleaning lady next morning was literally screaming and yelling at my wife... she was extremely rude and had no respect for customers. When I reported my experience to the housekeeping manager, she just ignore it!!! well, I am not going to stay in this hotel ever.

  The hotel is at a very connvinent location. it's ~20 minutes walk from hotel to all the spots of interest including the downtown of sydney, china town, habour bridge ...

  The hotel is at a very connvinent location. It's ~20 minutes walk from hotel to all the spots of interest including the downtown of Sydney, China Town, Habour bridge and opera house. The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful to their quests. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The services in the hotel restaurant is excellent. We enjoyed out stay at Bayview Boulevard Sydney and will stay at the same hotel again if we were going back to Sydney.

  The property is very clean with extremely functional rooms for all types of travelers. Location is close to most major attractions in Sydney. Property is currently undergoing minor reservations during the daytime hours. Once completed, the lobby and common areas should be as modern as the guest rooms. Great overall value!
