  Great hotel, beautiful pool with pool bar and water slides. The breakfast buffet consists of international cuisines including Japanese, Chinese, Indian, European and American. It was well worth it. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a beautiful room with balcony, great spa services including a wide range of facials and massages and a wonderful and pleasant staff.

  I have spent dozens of nights in Singapore over then past 7 years. This was the first time I stayed at the Rasa Sentosa as I typically stay at the Mandarin Oriental, Conrad, Ritz Carlton with infrequent stays at the Shangri La Singapore and the Beaufort on Sentosa. I got a great deal on Travelocity (pay 2 nights = 3rd night free) and wanted to stay at the beach rather than in the city, so gave it a try and was pleasantly surprised. Strong points included: 1) I was given a room upgrade to ocean vs hillside facing automatically by front desk staff, 2) there was free wifi internet, 3) the breakfast buffet was included in the price and was very good both in variety and pleasant view from restaurant, 4) front desk staff helpful and responsive and 5) although small, decent gym with newish equipment and long and convenient opening hours. Areas for improvement included: 1) the pool opens 8am which is rather late for those of us who like to have early morning workouts before the kids and families make the pool crowded and noisy, 2) my room key stopped working twice which meant a long trip back from 10th floor to lobby to get it resst - this is an especially frustrating problem as the former head of Shangri La Philippines told me 2 years ago that malfunctioning room key cards were the number one customer complaint. Bes te questions: WHY ISNT THIS FIXED?! 3) It's rather a long trek from the hotel into the CBD or normal socailizing places, e.g., Clarke Quay so what one saves on the room one spends on taxi fare

  Recently we stayed in this resort.rooms are good but surrounding of hotel is more relaxing.toots club is good facility for children.we would love to recommend to others.

  The room was okay. It is in desperate need of updating. At first I was disappointed when I saw the room but opened the window and saw the view of the water and it was all okay. We did not spend much time in the room as the resort is wonderful! We spent most of our time in lounge chairs overlooking the sea. We saw lots of monkeys, peacocks and huge lizards. It was very relaxing. Don't expect a lot from the room but you won't be disappointed by the location.

  This hotel did not rate 5 stars in the true sense but was quite satisfied with our stay. Booked the vacation rate with ocean view room that included breakfast and dinner, activities credit, and unlimited laundry. I am big fan of pay once and enjoy. With the constant heat and humidity, the facilities will always need attention but I will say that the staff more than made up for any shortcomings. From our welcome to check out, every staff member we came in contact with could not have been more friendly and helpful. The staff as a whole made this stay great. I was traveling with my 2 teenage sons and the nightly dinner buffet allowed them to be really adventuresome with quite an assortment of western, oriental, and Indian cuisine (to include grilled stingray). Plenty to see and do on Sentosa and the location allowed us to get an early start to the island's activities (highly recommend the swimming with pink dolphins). The hotel has a shuttle that takes you directly to public transportation off the island numerous times a day. We stayed here at the end of our 2 week vacation and made great use of the unlimited laundry service included with our nightly rate (what a change coming home with clean clothes). Highly recommended for families, pool was wonderful, and plenty of activities to keep the family from getting bored!
