  We were there for our anniversary. Hotel was overbooked. Did not have the Milenia suite we had booked and paid for. Check in staff tried to pass off a smoking room with 4 super single beds as a milenia suite. Had to call for the manager who finally found a milenia suite on the smoking floor with 2 super single beds for us. By then it was way pass 4pm! Had to lug my own luggae to the room and not offerred any help.
  Manager reiterated that our booking tho' confirmed did not specify a bedding configuration...gosh! Promised us a revitalizer to remove the smoke scent but did not bring it in till we reminded room service. Flowers were withered and missing in the toilets. Lightbulbs in toilet and room were blown and pulg was faulty in one room. Retractable blind was malfunctioning as well. Overall, the Ritz could pass off as a 4 star hotel but not the "6 star" it claims to be.

  My stay was incredible. Not only were the staff friendly, caring and extremely professional, I had a wonderful time at the restaurants and enjoyed a spectacular view from my suite room. Highly recommended for business and leisure!

  It was a really pleasant experience ranging from the service level to the amenities and facilities. I love the 24 hour gym. Wish the pool was open through the night as well. Bubble bath could have been provided for such a lovely bathrub!

  Actually stayed twice - 5 days at the start of our trip then 2 days at the end. After a day of sightseeing you will savor returning to the peace and elegance of the Ritz. From the moment after check-in everyone amazingly knows your name! You'll never have to carry anything, staff are falling over themselves for you. Top class - service, staff, views, food, etc. Best in Singapore without a doubt. We would definitely choose it again and so should you!
