  I have stayed at seveal hotels in KL and have stayed at this hotel now many times. It is absolutely EXCELLENT! The service and attention from the staff is second-to-none. A very traditional feel, with modern rooms and conveniences. The food in the three restaurants is top-quality. The service in the SPA is just excellent, the gym is reasonably equipped and I would highly recommend the club rooms and facilities. There is nothing I would rate below 5* at this hotel based on the 6 times that I have stayed there over the past few years. It is right next to the mono-rail and so is just 2 stops from Bukit Bintang and the downtown area. Across the street is the lively ""Heritage Row"" with restaurants and bars. (Although, on that side of the hotel, the rooms can pick up some of teh street noise at night... the ONLY down-side that I have ever encountered - and only marginal.) It is also walking distance to the Maju Junction and Sojo shopping malls, as well as to the metro train network. Great views of teh towers at night from the lounge and Tower-facing rooms too.

  Luxury is the right word as everything I needed can be found in the room. Excellent service and staff. The hotel is well located and extremely convenient with the monorail right at the doorstep. Will definitely return!

  I have stayed at this hotel dozens of times over the years and it is a great hotel. The service 2nd to none, rooms very clean. Its located right next to Heritage row eateries and clubs (trendy area). It is also on the LRT line making anywhere very easy to get to. The Executive lounge is great but needs more staff during peak happy hour.
