  The reception could not find my booking despite the fact that I told them I had the confirmation number with me. They said they I had booked through a third party so they will check. After some hassle, finally they confirmed about the room and I managed to get into my room almost like 45 mins after I arrived. I ws not too pleased with the reception. I hd stayed at this hotel under the Starwood group. Chose this hotel again because it was due to the location. Convenient to most shops and walking distance to many of the bigger orchard road shopping complex. Room was clean, housekeeping was courteous. They could do some upgrade to the area where the elevator takes you to the 1st floor which looks quite creepy at night. Overall it was okay, breakfast was nice. I think travelocity gave me a great deal. Will return to book my hotels via this website in the future. I actually found the travelocity customer service extremely good. They fedback answers to my queries almost quite promptly. That is first class service. I have booked with many agents and always thought those websites managed by others were good until my last booking. Well done and i certainly recommend online travel website to anyone who may be in doubt.
