  From valet to housekeeping everyone was polite and extremely friendly and helpful. The front desk was without a doubt the most curteous, knowledgeable that I have encountered in any hotel in Las Vegas that I have stayed at in the past eight years. Everyone was kind. We needed more pillows and received them in a very short time with no questions asked. We also needed a refridgerator for medicine and it was delivered quickly. The rooms were very nice and extremely large. The buffet was as always very good. I would stay here anytime and recommend it to anyone who would ask. Selection of slot machines is not bad either. They are very new machines. Lots of fun. Thanks

  Rooms were large and clean, staff was friendly. prompt service. short wait for elevators. Left two rings in room, they mailed and were here 3 days later!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Steak at Prime Rib loft was excellant, 14 oz prime rim with the extra's and had around 3 oz left over from each one.

  We stayed for 4 nights at the Orleans 10/1 - 10/5/09. Originally only booked 3 nights, but we arrived a day early and had no problem getting our same room for the extra night. Check in was a breeze and the staff was extremely nice and friendly. The room was very clean and smelled great when we walked in. The beds were very comfortable. The casino was huge and we had a blast playing the machines even tho we didn't win anything :( The food was great... and it was cool to be able and grab quick snacks at places like Subway which were right there inside the hotel. We didn't check out the pool, but it looked very nice. My mom and sister had their nails done in the salon and were very happy with the service there. Check out was very quick. Over-all this hotel was awesome... you don't even need to leave - everything is right there! We will definately be staying here again.
