The Seralago Hotel and Suites is a family resort situated only three miles from Walt Disney World® Resort, 20 miles from downtown Orlando, and approximately 21 miles from Orlando International Airport. Local attractions include Magic Kingdom®, Disney's Hollywood Studios, SeaWorld® Orlando, Discovery Cove, Aquatica, Gatorland, and Orlando Convention Center.

Hotel amenities include free parking, free wireless Internet service in the lobby and food court, complimentary shuttle service to the Walt Disney World® Ticket and Transportation Center (which provides transportation to all four parks), free breakfast for children 12 and under with a maximum of two per room with a paying adult, free nightly family movies in the onsite theater, guest laundry facilities, and a general store with snacks and sundries. For recreation guests may enjoy two heated Olympic-style pools, two whirlpools, sand volleyball court, two tennis courts, basketball hoop, two children's playgrounds, the Castle Dungeon video arcade game room, children's pool, and fitness center. Onsite drink and dining options include the Court Street Bar; the Tropical Pool Bar; the Vineyard Cafe, offering a la carte breakfast; and the People's Choice Food Court, which features continental breakfast items, Arrezio Pizza, and the All American Grille.

Guest rooms feature microwaves, mini-refrigerators, irons and ironing boards, hairdryers, TVs, and either two double beds or one king bed.
